On 2 April 2020, KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. hosted the second episode of the Staying Connected: Managing Through Crisis webinar series entitled A Framework for Managing Through Crisis.

In this episode, participants were provided insights and a framework to help enhance their organizations’ response to the crisis. The speakers highlighted that having an effective crisis response can limit business interruption and the associated costs of a crisis and its aftermath.
