The Bureau of Internal Revenue issued Tax Advisory, 21 January 2019, advising the deadline for submission of the Alphabetical list of Employees/Payees From Whom Taxes Were Withheld (Alphalist) as part of the filing of the Annual Information Return is extended to 15 February 2019 from 31 January 2019.

This was due to the delay in the availability of the enhanced Data Entry and Validation Module that incorporated the changes under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law and in order to minimize technical problems considering the volume of taxpayer-users using the updated module.

Please be guided accordingly.
