Virocel has over 16 years of experience in financial statement audit, risk management, design of internal control system and due diligence reviews of various companies in diverse industries such as mining, energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, service, retail and consumer, technology and business process outsourcing. has a broad knowledge and experience in both IFRS and US GAAP audit and review engagements and in the resolution of complex financial reporting and audit issues. He has proven his worth as an experienced trainer on PFRS/IFRS through his extensive IFRS trainings locally and abroad. He has been invited as a resource speaker in various seminars on accounting and auditing standards organized by various universities and professional organizations including the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) where he is a member and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP).
