Mike is the Head of Advisory of R.G. Manabat & Co. (KPMG in the Philippines). He has over 20 years of experience in due diligence (buy side and sell side), M&A, valuation and audit services. He provides commercial due diligence, feasibility studies or market studies to new entrants in the Philippine market. He has extensive experience in providing financial due diligence services across different industries such as financial services, industrials, healthcare, retail, energy, and media. He is an accredited KPMG valuation professional with extensive due diligence, model review, and impaired loan advisory experience. He is active in M&As and project advisory transactions in the Philippine market. He regularly supports the PSE and Philippine companies with their capital markets requirements. Mike has also provided support to government on selected privatization and infrastructure mandates.
