Sharon G. Dayoan is the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and the Head of People, Performance and Culture Department of KPMG R.G. Manabat and Co. She has 30 years of extensive experience in Audit and Assurance of top conglomerates in the country. Under her leadership, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, in collaboration with Statista, recognized the firm as one of the Philippines' Best Employers for 2023, coming in at 57th. Beyond her role at KPMG, she actively participates in many organizations relevant to the profession and works closely with the academe and the regulators to uphold the quality of audit and other services.
She joined the firm as the Risk Management Partner of R.G. Manabat & Co. in January 2007. She became the Head of Audit Banking in 2010, and then took the role as the Head of Audit and Assurance in 2012.
