Gregorio has over 30 years of experience in financial audit and assuranceservices. He has expertise in financial due diligence reviews, the applicationof the Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley Act (JSOX), consolidations, local bondofferings, local backdoor listings, and follow-on offerings.
He has undergone extensive training in International Financial ReportingStandards (IFRS) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)locally. He has attended various seminars and training sessions on Philippinetaxation, Philippine SEC requirements, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), andprofessional development.
Gregorio has participated in transaction support engagements, includingfinancial due diligence reviews, bond offerings, securitizations, and agreed-upon procedures. He is the lead partner in one of the Firm's training initiativesfor audit staff at all levels.
