In her capacity as Intelligent Automation Service Line Lead, she shoulders several pivotalresponsibilities including providing and executing Intelligent Automation plans and strategies,ensuring the achievement of overall service line targets, managing a team comprising engineers,business analysts, and project managers, handling customer relationship management, actingas the alliance lead for strategic partners, and spearheading employee engagement as the leadfor Technology Consulting.
In her role as Service Delivery Manager, Doris is tasked with reporting RPA service results on amonthly, quarterly, and annual basis, identifying improvement areas as part of ContinuousImprovement initiatives with customers and stakeholders, implementing solutions, acting as thepoint of escalation for critical and high-visibility issues with significant business impact, managingresource delivery and ensuring the appropriate balance of delivery and resource allocation,collaborating with clients and customers to introduce new service offerings for Blue Prism,ensuring deployment in accordance with Blue Prism Run Team processes and guidelines,overseeing the roles and responsibilities of the team and making adjustments as necessary, andproviding sign-off for all projects transitioning from the Projects/Build Team to theRun/Operations team.
