Ice has over 15 years of experience in Global Mobility Services (GMS). In 2014, she became actively involved in the global GMS effort to expand and integrate immigration services in the Philippines. Since then, she has served as the primary contact for immigration compliance and advisory engagements.
Her notable engagements include securing and leading the immigration work for a multinational quick‑service restaurant and food manufacturing company, as part of the first globally coordinated GMS engagement from the Philippines, as well as supporting a regional engagement win for a global financial services and investment banking institution.
During her secondment in KPMG Mexico, Ice strengthened her expertise in global mobility tax concepts and introduced process improvements adopted by the local team, contributing to greater efficiency and consistency.
Ice has played an active role in local and global practice initiatives including serving as the country champion for Work from Anywhere – a global program aimed at enhancing member firms’ capabilities in managing remote working arrangements and serving as the country ambassador for an immigration technology and compliance management tool.
A strong advocate of continuous learning and development, Ice leads knowledge‑sharing initiatives and the implementation of the Everyone‑A‑Leader (EAL) framework for Tax.
