His expertise includes leading a wide range of engagements, such as financial audits, internal controls testing (SOX compliance), agreed-upon procedures, review engagements, and business process reviews. Throughout his career, he has overseen the financial audits of companies across diverse industries, including technology, media and telecommunications, business process outsourcing, shared services, retail, financial services, and manufacturing.
In addition, Dindo has a strong background in managing the financial audits and reporting of publicly listed companies, as well as entities regulated by the Insurance Commission and BSP. His experience also extends to companies registered with PEZA and BOI, as well as those regulated by PAGCOR, ensuring compliance with various regulatory and reporting requirements.
