Dianne has over fifteen years of experience in financial statement audit, both locally and internationally. She has built a robust expertise in auditing various industries, including power utility, gaming, manufacturing, consumer goods, business outsourcing professional services, construction, software, and industrial markets. Her experience encompasses private and listed entities, as well as non-stock and non-profit organizations.
Dianne began her journey with R.G. Manabat & Co. (a member practice of KPMG Global) in November 2008 as an Audit Associate. She successfully completed a twenty-one-month international assignment at KPMG London, as a Senior Manager. During her tenure in London, she conducted audits for some of the United Kingdom's largest business process outsourcing and professional services companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Dianne also leads various initiatives within the firm, including the Audit Virtual Resource Hub, the Audit Methodology team, the Inflight review team, and the People Audit Committee. She also represents the firm in ASPAC as a Champion for people retention and attraction and Workforce of the Future. Her primary responsibilities involve overseeing the day-to-day activities of audit engagements across diverse industries, covering publicly and privately held companies reporting under different frameworks such as International Financial Reporting Standards, UK, and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Dianne collaborates closely with other KPMG offices worldwide to ensure effective coordination and reporting, maximizing the learning opportunities presented by multinational client audit engagements, including Sarbanes Oxley review engagements (US and Japan). Furthermore, she possesses knowledge of Philippine taxation and other regulatory requirements.
Apart from her client-facing duties, Dianne actively contributes to various firm initiatives. She serves as a resource person and Business Champion for eAudIT (an electronic audit management tool) and has facilitated numerous local audit methodology trainings. Her commitment to continuous improvement is evident through her participation in the regional KPMG Business School Asia Pacific Audit Train-the-Trainer and Train-the-Facilitator programs for three consecutive years. Dianne is recognized as a well-organized and efficient team player with strong coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
