With over 20 years of experience in public practice at various Big 4 firms, including 12 years as a partner in Audit and Assurance and Quality and Risk Management, Oliver has been involved in audit engagements for listed entities in the Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and Hospitality sectors.
His extensive experience includes handling technical consultations involving the application of accounting standards. Additionally, his background in teaching at different universities and serving as a Continuing Professional Education (CPE) resource speaker for professional organizations in Accountancy equips him with a strong combination of technical accounting expertise and practical experience. Oliver has been a CPE resource person and lecturer for the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP). He has also been a faculty member at various universities, including the University of Santo Tomas, San Beda College, and the University of the East.
Before becoming an Audit and Assurance Partner at KPMG, Oliver started as a Manager in the Learning and Development (L&D) department. He also served as an Audit and Assurance Partner at another Big 4 accounting firm.
