Ardee is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in business transformation, tech-enabled projects, and IT audit. She specializes in finance and supply chain transformation, process automation, system implementation, and change management across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, shared services, and private enterprise.
Admitted to the partnership on 1 October 2024, Ardee serves as Partner for Technology Consulting – Business Excellence at KPMG in the Philippines. She has led end-to-end reviews and optimizations of core business functions including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and HR. She has designed target operating models, led ERP and automation initiatives, and managed transformation projects to deliver improved operational efficiency and accuracy.
Her global experience includes standardizing processes across APAC, North America, and Latin America, and re-engineering key functions such as Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report to align with global best practices.
Ardee also oversees KPMG’s actuarial practice in the Philippines, supporting life and non-life insurance clients, and is leading the setup of a Center of Excellence for ASPAC Actuarial Services. Additionally, she heads the Finance & Accounting Managed Services, delivering staffing and operational support to clients across various sectors.
