We are pleased to invite you as head of IDE and/or Pride Board Chair to our annual event, ‘Shifting Towards a More Inclusive Culture’, on 19 November 2024, from 15:00-18:00

That's why we're bringing together a select group to engage in meaningful dialogues and learn from each other. Join us to explore effective strategies and share experiences to drive sustainable impact embedding IDE in your organization’s DNA.

Subject

In this session we will dive into how you can take practical, impactful steps to initiate cultural change and enhance organizational awareness on IDE. Our expertise in Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and behavioral change offers a unique perspective integrating IDE through the human side of change.

What you will gain:

•      Insights on your current status: Learn how to continuously evaluate your company’s current status on IDE.

•      Next steps for change: Identify your next actions to drive cultural transformation within your organization.

•      Practical tools: Explore KPMG's methods for fostering Inclusion, Diversity & Equity in developing organizational culture.
