​Lourens leads KPMG's Dutch Turnaround & Restructuring team that supports companies and their stakeholders facing challenging situations, including: financial restructuring, turnaround, liquidity management, Independent Business Review (IBR), Financial Quick Scan, support on the Dutch Scheme of Arrangement (WHOA), insolvency support and distressed M&A. Before joining KPMG, Lourens worked for a large Dutch bank and an international law firm.
