Jasper Venhuizen

Jasper works within the Strategy & Operations team with a focus on the financial sector. He has extensive experience in conducting strategic (market) analyses, designing operating models, and setting up remediation programmes. For example, he performed a major study on the Dutch capital market, supported several organisations in the banking, insurance, and public sectors with their operating models, and helped establish various remediation programmes. Through his work, Jasper aims to contribute to a financial sector that both does good in the world and is successful in its own right.
