Febe Tedjo

Febe is a Manager in KPMG Netherlands’ Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) practice, where she supports organizations in strengthening their internal control environments through effective SOx implementation, control testing, and internal audits. With a background in risk management, hands-on SOx industry experience, and established expertise within KPMG across multiple international markets, she specializes in internal controls and SOx compliance. Her expertise spans both the private and public sectors, including consumer goods, healthcare, manufacturing, and government institutions. Febe has contributed to risk assessments, control framework design and has helped public sector clients enhance process maturity and compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Twente and is fluent in Dutch, English, and Indonesian. With a collaborative and detail-oriented approach, Febe is committed to helping organizations strengthen their internal controls and achieve compliance excellence.
