Myrthe Smith is a Consultant Data & Analytics within KPMG. She supports organizations in becoming data-driven by establishing robust data governance frameworks, monitoring data quality, delivering insightful data analysis and visualizations, and setting up Master Data Management (MDM) structures. Her experience spans multiple industries, including the public sector, financial services and FMCG. With her technical expertise and strong understanding of business needs, she is able to bridge the gap between business and Data & Analytics. In addition to her focus on data management and data analysis, Myrthe has a strong interest in Sustainability and ESG. She is involved in ESG Tech & Data initiatives within KPMG, supporting organizations in leveraging data and technology to comply with regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, while also uncovering new opportunities to drive sustainable outcomes.
