Since 2015, I've been closely connected with the Dutch startup ecosystem; from gaining first-hand experience working for a number of startups, to designing and executing startup programs for The Next Web (TNW), and now leading KPMG's program for startups and scaleups in the Netherlands - known as KPMG Emerging Giants. With our dedicated team, KPMG Emerging Giants supports startups and scaleups in their growth, helping on challenges around tax, finance, risk and operations. These topics become especially relevant when startups hit certain milestones, such as expanding internationally, growing their team, or after raising funds. As Lead, I play a holistic role in bringing the Emerging Giants proposition forward to create maximum impact.
