Henrik Smit

Henrik is a Director at KPMG and is responsible for CyberOps in the Cyber Security and Data Privacy department. He has broad knowledge of cloud security, managing digital identities and setting up security operations. Henrik has been supporting organisations in transforming the security function for over 18 years, either primarily or as part of larger transformation projects. This support ranges from highly technical processes to tactical-strategic issues.

With his hands-on experience as a cyber security consultant, Henrik has extensive experience with advanced technical security solutions in the areas of extended detection & response, cloud security and identity & access management. In addition, he is well-versed in translating technical risks into management-level risks. He also helps organisations draw up vision, strategy and improvement plans in the field of cyber security.
