Tobias Posthumus

As a manager in the Digital Strategy Group and the Digital Health team, I focus primarily on strategy and governance issues in healthcare. My mission is to realize a more connected healthcare landscape, where collaboration in healthcare ecosystems is a given. I see digitization, including the use of platform technology as digital infrastructure, as an important means to help achieve this. My experience and expertise lies principally on the following topics: - Digital strategy - Collaboration in ecosystems/Regional collaborations (vision, strategy and governance) - Platform strategy (vision development, value propositions, growth strategy, business and operational model) - IT Governance - Project portfolio management In addition to projects for our clients, I act as hiring manager for the Digital Health team, coordinate pro bono pathways for foundations and social initiatives, and manage alliances with our healthcare technology partners within EMEA.
