Faiza Oulahsen has more than seventeen years of experience in climate and sustainability. She works with clients in both the public and private sector on the wide‑ranging transition toward a low‑carbon, resilient and nature‑positive economy, with a focus on energy transition, ESG strategy and nature engagement.

She advises organizations on developing and executing sustainability strategies that reduce emissions, strengthen climate resilience and accelerate the shift to renewable energy. Her work spans decarbonization pathways, climate and energy policy, long‑term transition planning and integrating sustainability into governance, operations and decision‑making. She helps companies navigate tightening regulations, respond to societal expectations, and translate sustainability ambitions into practical steps that deliver measurable impact.

Faiza also supports clients in improving the quality, transparency and consistency of their ESG disclosures. She works on strengthening climate‑ and nature‑related reporting, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and enabling organizations to communicate clear, credible and decision‑useful information.

In addition, she brings a strong focus on nature engagement, helping organizations understand their biodiversity impacts and dependencies, assess nature‑related risks and integrate nature‑positive considerations into strategy and reporting.

Before joining KPMG, Faiza spent 13 years at Greenpeace, where she led high‑profile climate and energy campaigns. Her background combines activism, strategic advisory and deep expertise in sustainability, giving her a unique ability to connect societal urgency with organizational action.
