Samuel Maia de Moura

Samuel is a manager within KPMG's Procurement & Supply Chain advisory team and has experience in procurement strategy development, risk management, procurement function design, and design and digital transformation of procurement organisations.

He joined KPMG Netherlands in 2019, helping clients to future-proof their procurement organisations, both within the private and public sectors.

Samuel has a background as an auditor of financial administrations. Starting with the execution of audits within the Netherlands, he soon moved into an international role managing multiple teams with AP specialists, S2P specialists and financial analysts. The dynamics between (finance, procurement and IT) departments of large organisations are therefore familiar territory for him. At KPMG Netherlands, he is responsible for solution development in the field of procurement and supply chain. Samuel is also the point of contact for Powered Procurement. This is THE leading practice of KPMG for the digital transformation of procurement organisations.
