Frank Mulders

Frank has extensive Corporate Finance experience with a strong focus on transactions and valuations in the Real Estate & Construction sector. As lead for the transaction related services of KPMG’s real estate advisory practice Frank advises many companies including Asset managers, Investors, Development companies, Housing Associations and Financial Institutions on real estate and financing transactions and provides valuation advisory services.

In addition to his sector activities Frank has a broad experience in complex & dispute related valuations including court cases. Frank joined KPMG in 2005 and is heading the Corporate Finance & Valuations team.
