• Strategy, M&A, market entry, commercial due diligence, market access & channels, innovative contracting, services, and pricing for life science companies, private equity and venture capital.
• Quality and regulatory oversight for hospitals, medical technology and pharmaceutical companies.
• Digital health, new digital solutions for providers, payers, pharmaceutical, and medical technology companies.
• Outcome measurement, contracting of outcomes, quality, safety, and value-based healthcare.
• Health policy, health economics, health reform, reimbursement design, and risk-adjustment schemes, including universal health coverage (UHC).
• Operational excellence, financial management and efficiency for care providers. Next to his client work David leads the Strategy & Operations department for KPMG and is People Management (HR) Partner for all Advisory employees. David is a Medical Doctor by background and holds a Master in Business Administation and PhD in Health Economics.
