Heleen has worked as an analyst in the Forensic & Integrity team since 2009. Drawing on her background as a Forensic Psychologist, she supports clients in issues concerning undesirable behaviour in the workplace. She investigates the occurrence and persistence of integrity violations and formulates recommendations on how to mitigate the risk of recurrence in the future. These investigations take place within the (semi-)public sector, financial sector and corporate sector.
In the field of undesirable behaviour research, Heleen has extensive experience with issues such as (sexual) harassment, discrimination, bullying and interpreting a perceived culture of fear within teams or organisations.
