Alex has over 20 years of experience in IT Audit (RE), project management (Prince2 Practitioner), Risk Management (Certified ISO 27005 Risk Manager), information security and IT audits in the context of financial statements audits (both listed and non-listed).
Within KPMG, Alex is chairman of the IRM External Audit Center of Excellence. In addition, Alex is a board member at NOREA, the professional organization in the Netherlands for IT Auditors. Alex has experience with smaller organizations as well as with multinationals and with various typologies. Alex mainly works in Automotive, Energy & Natural Resources, Building & Construction (on-off shore) and Retail.
