Rali Genova

Rali is manager at KPMG and focuses on improving collaboration between business and IT via the adoption of agile principles. Her strong background in IT and experience in various agile roles enables her to successfully guide organizations towards becoming more agile. Rali has more than 9 years of experience in leading teams where she is responsible for implementing Agile, Scrum and/or SAFe, change management (IT), improving work processes and driving a culture of continuous learning. In addition to her role as an agile transformation consultant, Rali has experience in performing assessments on Agile programs and ISO-25010-based software system reviews. Rali is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practice Consultant and trainer and a certified Agile Leadership coach.
