Maarten is a senior manager who works within KPMG Digital in the Netherlands. His projects are on the cross point between business and IT. Most of his time he works in a project manager role in projects that have an IT component. Maarten’s specialization is in (agile) operating model design, and more specifically how organizations can work more effectively by employing agile methods that break silos and make cross-functional value streams possible. He is a certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practice Consultant and trainer and a Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Practitioner.
In his projects he often takes a transformation manager role who is responsible for realizing change but he has experience with digital strategy and roadmap definition as well. Moreover, he is experienced in executing organizational assessments such as IT assessments or performing an IT due diligence. Maarten holds a MSc in Technology Management from the University of Groningen. He has project management certificates in Prince-2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programs.
