She has built a reputation as a trusted financial and strategic advisor, connecting internationally with her clients’ C-suite executives, delivering an integrated advice, maximising value, and driving a successful transaction. Her main area of expertise is financial due diligence and value creation assessment that ensures delivery of an integrated diligence. Jeiran leads her clients throughout the deal cycle, enabling them to capture the full value through a coherent M&A strategy and process.

Jeiran has worked with dozens of private and institutional investors as well as corporate clients, in various cross-border transactions and has led multiple large transactions national and international in energy, agriculture, food and retail, manufacturing, and professional services. 

Jeiran is also responsible for leading ESG and impact investing within KPMG Netherlands’ Deal Advisory and ESG Private Equity, where she supports her clients embedding their ESG ambitions within their investment strategy.
