Niels Derks

Niels is an experienced corporate finance advisor that has been working for KPMG for more than 10 years. As a Director in KPMG’s Corporate Finance & Valuations team, Niels is involved in M&A transactions, complex valuation assignments and debt advisory. Also, he regularly advises clients on business cases and in relation to investment decisions.

Niels is primarily focused on advising clients in healthcare and life sciences. Clients include hospitals and providers of elderly care, mental health care and primary care. Niels also works with public sector clients and investors in healthcare and life sciences.
