Carmen Dijk

Carmen Dijk is a Partner at the KPMG Advisory team and is responsible for Powered Finance (finance transformations that combine both functional business and technology). She has over 20 years of experience in the finance domain, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Together with her team, she advises clients on issues related to the Finance Target Operating Model (FTOM), the Service Delivery Model (SDM – determining what is done where in the organization), and Powered Finance, and she enjoys inspiring her clients on a wide range of finance-related topics. She is a seasoned program manager and has worked in both the External & Internal Audit and the Consulting practice. With Powered Finance, Carmen is able to fully understand end-to-end finance processes, always keeping in mind the most practical solution for her clients. She is an excellent and pleasant conversation partner, understands the dynamics of complex situations, has a strong sense of (political & international) relationships, and navigates them skillfully.

Carmen has extensive experience in managing large projects, maintaining oversight while also rolling up her sleeves. Carmen has served clients across various sectors (both nationally and internationally): Government, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing, Energy, and Banking.
