Kristian Boot

Kristian is a business services consultant with over 15 years of relevant international experience. At KPMG Netherlands, he is a Director in the Finance & Business Services suite, with a passion for shared services and outsourcing across multiple business functions.

After completing his MSc in Organisational Studies in Tilburg, he worked at Capgemini, Berenschot and ConQuaestor with a focus on finance transformations. After the acquisition of part of ConQuaestor by KPMG in 2013, Kristian joined KPMG.

Kristian has been involved in a large number of high-profile engagements in both the Netherlands and abroad. He has participated in multiple shared services, business process outsourcing and global business services projects, ranging from strategy and design to implementation and optimisation.
