Harold has more than 25 years of experience in (large scale) transformations, including planning and execution of transactions, integrations and separations, joint ventures and operational restructuring. He has a track record in landmark projects that require a blend of C-level impact, complex delivery and blending hard and soft skills including change and cultural aspects, all focused on value creation and value preservation around transactions. Harold has completed global projects and projects in multiple geographies, including Europe, North America, Africa and Middle East.
