Boudewijn Broers works as a senior manager within KPMG's Pensions Advisory team. He has a (tax) legal background with a specialisation in pension law (‘certified pension lawyer’). He has over 15 years of experience in advising pension funds, pension administrators and employers on pensions. Boudewijn's expertise includes legislation and regulations, pension fund governance, stakeholder management and guiding change processes. Boudewijn is permanent editor of the publication ‘Pensioen en de belangrijkste toekomstvoorzieningen’ (Pensions and the most important provisions for the future) and is an annual guest speaker at Maastricht University. He is also a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and the Association of Pension Law. Boudewijn uses this broad practical and theoretical experience when advising KPMG's clients. In doing so, he expressly seeks internal and external cooperation to achieve the desired result.
