Louis has been a full-time deal specialist for over 18 years, with his focus mainly on major (international) companies or private equity investors. He advised on over 300 transactions. Louis is the KPMG Deal Advisory team’s expert on transactions in the consumer & retail sector. Louis has worked for the KPMG transactions team in both Amsterdam and New Delhi, India. He also has extensive experience providing advice on integration and separation issues in transactions.
