Guan Heng has over 30 years’ experience in the field of tax, advising clients on direct tax matters and cross border transactions. He has built vast technical knowledge and experience in tax advisory, tax planning and tax review works. He is well versed in the practical aspects of taxation practice in Malaysia and has good knowledge of international taxation principles. He has also been involved in assisting companies with tax dispute resolutions with the tax authority and represented the firm as part of the working group of The Association of Banks in Malaysia to discuss on issues arising from tax audit for the banking industry.
