Yen is a Partner of KPMG in Malaysia and Executive Director of KPMG Tax Services, specializing in Global Mobility Services. She brings over 30 years of professional experience dealing with personal tax issues relating to inbound and outbound assignees and advises clients on employer’s tax related issues.

She also provides personal tax advisory/consulting, advises on share scheme, claim of exemption/relief under the Double Taxation Agreement and implementation of tax equalization policy.
