Emily has over 18 years of hands on experience in corporate finance & corporate advisory encompassing a wide spectrum of corporate advisory assignments. Emily joined KPMG in October 2007 as head of the corporate finance practice and she has since been the lead partner for service lines covering (i) Valuation; (ii) Mergers & Acquisitions; and (iii) Infrastructure & Projects advisory. Prior to joining KPMG, Emily spent 4 years with an investment bank in Malaysia and 6 years with an international accounting firm as co-head of its corporate finance and corporate restructuring/recovery practice. Besides corporate advisory/consultancy role, Emily’s commercial experience involved corporate strategy/planning and management turnaround projects during her tenure with two large conglomerates in Malaysia. Emily is also a Licensed Capital Markets Services Representative under Section 59 of Malaysia Capital Markets & Services Act, 2007.
