      Jasmin joined KPMG in Malaysia in 1995 and has extensive experience in corporate finance and financial advisory engagements, including share valuations, mergers and acquisitions, pre-listing reviews, and equity capital market transactions.

      She currently focuses on restructuring and recovery work, overseeing the winding down and resolution of financially distressed companies across multiple industries.

      Her restructuring experience spans a wide range of complex assignments, including corporate and debt restructuring, special administration exercises, financial restructuring workout proposals to lenders, independent financial advisory roles, and monitoring accountant engagements for financial institutions.

      Jasmin has also been involved in liquidation and receivership assignments, including both members’ voluntary liquidations and compulsory liquidations, across sectors such as power, property, manufacturing, trading, and financial services.
