Ricards has more than 20 years of experience in the IT sector. He has managed departments and branches of public institutions as well as various IT companies, where he implemented major IT projects including software audits, technology transformation, and various IT system development projects. Since 2015, Ricards has been active in the field of artificial intelligence, successfully implementing several large-scale artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision projects. He has extensive experience in Agile project management.
