      KPMG acted as buy-side advisor on Beijer Ref’s acquisition of Airwave

       

      KPMG carried out financial due diligence with respect to Airwave (Airwave OÜ, Airwave SIA and Airwave Lietuva) in connection to Beijer Ref’s agreement to acquire an 80% stake in the company.

      Beijer Ref is a leading international refrigeration, heating, and HVAC wholesaler with operations across Scandinavia, the Baltic region, and parts of Europe. The company offers a wide product portfolio including components for cooling, heating, ventilation and associated services to contractors and distributors.

      Airwave is a major HVAC distributor in the Baltic region, operating from its headquarters in Tallinn, with sales offices in Riga and Vilnius. Airwave serves construction, property management, industrial and infrastructure segments, and provides both product supply and after-sales support across the region.
