"The financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function serves as the foundation for a company’s successful development. It provides the necessary framework for integrating the company’s long-term strategy with annual and monthly operational plans, as well as the data required for informed and timely business decision-making to achieve strategic objectives. The pricing/tariff-setting system, in turn, is a critical component that ensures the company’s long-term financial sustainability. During our workshop, we will present the core approaches and tools used in financial planning, analysis, and pricing/tariff development, discussing their strengths and limitations, as well as the key trends shaping these areas today."
