Dear Readers,
The President signed Law1 On the State Budget for 2026 – 2028. The Law establishes the following indexes effective from 1 January 2026:
- The minimum salary is 85 000 tenge (currently the same – 85 000 tenge);
- The minimum state basic pension is 35 596 tenge (currently – 32 360 tenge);
- The minimum pension is 69 049 tenge (currently – 62 771 tenge);
- Monthly index factor is 4 325 tenge (currently – 3 932 tenge);
- The cost of living for the calculation of basic social benefits is 50 851 tenge (currently - 46 228 tenge).
