Satzhan has been with KPMG since 2017 and has experience in working with foreign and local companies providing legal advice on issues related to corporate, labor law, currency control regulation, antitrust, migration issues, subsoil use issues, as well as other business-related issues. In addition, Satzhan has experience in providing legal support to clients in connection with starting a business in Kazakhstan.

Satzhan has experience in legal due diligence projects involving various companies operating in the subsoil use, renewable energy, telecommunications, transport, agribusiness, retail, industrial and other sectors with a purpose of their subsequent acquisition or reorganization. He also has extensive experience in M&A transactions.
