Azamat Gumarov

Azamat has more than 10 years of work experience in large international companies, including the Big Four companies. He focuses on corporate law, M&A transactions, contracts and commercial law. Azamat advised international and local companies on different legal matters related to corporate, labor law, currency control regulation as well as other business-related matters. He has an experience in providing legal support to clients in connection with starting a business in Kazakhstan as well as in M&A projects, including structuring, negotiating and closing a transaction. In addition, Azamat represented clients in both pre-trial dispute resolution and in courts.
