Serik joined KPMG in 2022 and has over 17 years of experience in automating business processes within the finance function.
He specializes in end-to-end enterprise performance management (EPM) implementation projects, including planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, management reporting and analytics across key financial and operational KPIs, as well as financial consolidation.
Serik also leads projects focused on IT solution selection, implementation readiness, and quality assurance of digital finance transformation initiatives.
His industry expertise spans oil and gas, transportation, energy, and telecommunications.
Since 2023, Serik has been developing the SAP practice in Kazakhstan and serves as the regional lead for this direction across the Caucasus and Central Asia region.
