      Gender, Equity and Inclusion critically cut across all our services and sectors of focus. We support clients and partners to translate global and regional GEI ambitions into action driving inclusion, advancing women economic participation, and shifting social norms across sectors. Our system-based approach combines data, evidence and capacity building to design, integrate and monitor GEI strategies.

      Our work includes program design, technical assistance, research and development of tools and frameworks that embed inclusive practices. We co-create solutions, strengthen institutional capabilities and build inclusive organizational cultures. Through evidence based advisory and leadership, we aim to expand women’s access to resources, finance, markets, and opportunities while ensuring equitable participation for youth, persons with disabilities and other underserved groups.
