Eric is a KPMG East Africa Partner. He is also a Director at KPMG Advisory Limited and leads the KPMG Tanzania Advisory practice. He is a registered Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF), with over 18 years of development finance experience in the delivery of macro, enterprise and sectoral development programmes with a focus on developing countries and emerging markets. Eric has a technology background having been a software developer and information systems auditor with a focus on leveraging data and technology in the assessment, design and development of digital financial solutions. He is skilled in development and impact finance, programme and fund management, private sector development, fiduciary risk assurance, governance, information assurance and capacity building. He has worked with governments including Tanzania, Kenya, Somalia, Rwanda, Finland, Norway, the UK and the US and development partners comprising of United Nations, World Bank, European Union, UK DFID, Sida, Danida, Irish Aid, USAID, CIDA and Rockefeller Foundation.
