Eric Wangusi Khaemba is a Partner at KPMG in East Africa and heads the International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) practice in Tanzania. Eric is a registered Chartered Development Finance Analyst (CDFA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF) with extensive experience in delivery of macro, enterprise and sectoral development programmes with a focus on developing countries and emerging markets. He is also a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
Eric who holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Development Finance with Distinction from the University of Stellenbosch and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from the University of Nairobi is skilled in impact financing, programme and fund management, governance, private sector development, fiduciary risk assurance, digital technology, information assurance, public sector assurance and organisational development. He has supported institutions based in various countries including Kenya, Tanzania, Somalia, Rwanda, UK, US, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.
