Frank joined KPMG in Tanzania in 2007. He is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with over 17 years professional experience in audit and assurance related services, predominantly in Financial Services and Consumer and Industrial Markets (CIM).
Frank currently leads the Insurance portfolio in Tanzania and serves as an assurance Second Line of Defense delegate for East Africa. As a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors in Tanzania, he also works with the Board as a resource person to support continuing professional development of its members.
Frank holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from Strathclyde University, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Mzumbe University in Tanzania. He has served as a member of the ACCA Member Network Panel in Tanzania responsible for advising ACCA on strategic matters affecting current and future members. He is also a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), United Kingdom and a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice in Tanzania (CPA).
