Makenzi is a Partner at KPMG’s Deals and Strategy practice in East Africa. In his capacity, he leads KPMG's Strategy, Mergers & Acquisition, Development Finance and Restructuring practice. Makenzi has over 25 years of experience.
Makenzi is a board member at Endeavor, Kenya a scale up ecosystem player in East Africa. He is also a board member at the British Chamber of Commerce in Kenya.
Makenzi holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
